Originally named Despair, she took the name Makaria after her first adventuring party was all but killed. Her original adventuring party included Bahresh’s parents, and Lynn Von Strauß. When both of Bahresh’s parents died, the small group split and Despair became Makaria, joining Ivan’s father’s adventuring party.
