Victoria Ohm is responsible for the creation of ‘ The Wire’ the technology that allows for long distance instant communication. She’s eccentric, has spent her time holed up coming up with new ideas, and trying to develope it further. Victoria is a halfling, she lost both legs from the mid thigh down in a landslide as a child and some say is the reason she focused her life on inventing. Lives in Trenton which is in the Northern Region.
