Open communications with a known Magi-Tech device you are familiar with or have the imprint of. You can send text messages, voice messages, and mental images although the image quality is hazy. You can receive text, voice, and images if the device your communicating with is capable of sending them. When you try to connect your name but no image appears like an incoming call, giving the device owner the choice to accept or deny your connection.

Focusing on Magi-Tech signals being sent and received in an area, you can scan and focus on a single source at a time. You need to make a magical attack against the device rating, failure results in the device knowing it’s signal is being intercepted. Once you’re focused on a signal you intercept any of the incoming and outgoing transmissions, understanding text messages, hearing vocal messages, and seeing images.

Medusa Signal Encoding

Touch a device, any signal that device sends is Encrypted with a Medusa Signal. Anyone except the intended device receiving the signal receives a magical attack layered over the signal. Anyone intercepting the signal makes an Intelligence Save on a failure the interceptor takes 2d6 psychic damage, on a successful save they intercept the signal as normal for the turn, and have to make the check next turn if they want to keep intercepting the signal. Casting at a Higher Level: Each Spell Slot higher adds 1d6 damage per level higher.
Magi-Tech Signal Repeater

Focusing on Magi-Tech signals being sent and received in an area, you can scan and focus on a single source at a time. You need to make a magical attack against the device rating, failure results in the device knowing it’s signal is being intercepted. Once you’re focused on a signal you intercept any of the incoming and outgoing transmissions, redirecting them to another device with in the second range (10 miles). The device receiving the signal receives it like a phone call, with the name displayed that of the device’s who’s signals are being intercepted. You may force the connection by making a magical attack at disadvantage against the device rating.
At 3rd level you may pick up to 10 devices to send the signal to, and at 4th level you may pick as many or all devices in range to send the signal to.

Components: V, S, M (A weave imprint, it is consumed by the spell)
Duration: Concentration, 1 minute.
Touch a Weave Imprint of strength weak or stronger, and when you concentrate on the spell you know the current direction and distance to the individual who left the weave imprint.
Casting at a higher level: 4th level, Duration increases to 1 hour. 5th level, duration increases to 24 hours.

Provide fuel for a Residuum fueled ground vehicle or light aircraft for the duration. Casting with a 2nd level spell slot increases the duration to 20 minutes, casting at 3rd level increases the duration to an hour, and casting at 4th level increases the duration to four hours.

Casting at 4th level lets you bring 2 other creatures with you, you must have them grappled or they must be willing to follow with.

Overload a light fixture to produce a blinding light that causes the fixture to blow out. Anyone with in a 20 foot radius of the fixture must make a Constitution Save or be blinded. At the end of their turn they make a Constitution Save again, on a success they are no longer blinded.

Focusing on a electronic Magi-Tech device, make a magic attack against the device rating. On a success you breach the device’s security encryption and can read the data as if reading a book, on a failure you only get encrypted data and can’t attempt to read from the device for the next 24 hours. Navigating the stored information can take time, as does reading the information, multiple castings may be required to read the digital memory in it’s entirety, or an Intelligence (Investigation) check will help you find the desired data quickly.

Duration: Concentration, up to 30 minutes
Focusing on a electronic Magi-Tech device, the device believes you are the person who’s identification is used as the spell component. The Identity can be faked as well, a forged document produces a non-existent alias but uses the casters Weave Signature. For an existing person, it grants the caster the identities Weave Signature, however other layers of security, such as a password, will prevent access.
